BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Police Department recently held its 15th Annual Awards Ceremony.

“Please join us in congratulating the 2022 Melbourne Police Department award recipients,” said a Melbourne Police spokesperson.

Melbourne Police named K9 Officer Greg Hughes as the Officer of the Year.

■ Communications Officer of the Year – LeSean Campbell

■ Employee of the Year – Sheree Payne.

“We also would like to congratulate the many other distinguished winners at the 15th Annual Awards Ceremony. Job well done!” said a Melbourne Police spokesperson.
