OBITUARY: Korean War Veteran Victor Louis Lawson, 89, Passes Away Feb. 19

Victor Louis Lawson, 89, passed away Sunday, February 19. Victor served in the Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Auburn University in 1960 and worked for USBI at the Kennedy Space Center before retiring in 1996.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Victor Louis Lawson, 89, passed away Sunday, February 19. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Auburn University in 1960 and worked for USBI at the Kennedy Space Center before retiring in 1996.

Victor is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lawson; his children, Stephen Lawson, Becye Lueders, and Brett Lawson; his grandchildren, Krystal T. Wald, Nicholas Lawson, and Johnny T. Wald, Jr.; and his great-grandchildren, SeLaura, Blakely, and Braxton Poston.

Victor enjoyed boating, tennis, nature walks, gym workouts, and spending time with his family.

His funeral will take place on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 12 noon at 950 Malabar Road SE in Palm Bay, FL.

Arrangements are by Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care. Victor will be buried at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
