POOCHARELLA: ‘A Fest Fur the Dogs’ Fundraiser Set April 1 at Wickham Park, Enter Photo Contest Now!

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Don’t miss the second annual Poocharella Festival fundraiser for the dogs, set for Saturday, April 1, at Wickham Park.
With over 100 vendors, activities, and food trucks, this year will be even bigger and better than last year.
Among the activities will be the Swift Paws lure course, K9 demonstrations, a Best in Rescue competition, pet specialty vendors, adoptable dogs, live music, beer, the Easter Bunny, and much more.

Submissions ends March 25 – get your submissions in early to maximize votes. Rescue Dogs only please.
Contest Submission Steps
Submit one photo that best represents your dog
Include their rescue story in 500 words or less
Donate $10
Share to friends, family and on social media and ask people to vote for your dog
Voting
Anyone can vote, and vote as many times as they want!
$1 equals 1 vote
Finalists
Top 10 will be decided by popular vote online
Top 5 will be narrowed down by 1st round of judges from our friends at Kehoe Animal Clinic
Top 5 MUST be willing to attend Poocharella 2023 on Saturday April 1st, at Wickham Park in Melbourne Florida, or will forfeit their place to the next in line.
Best in Rescue contest will be held on the main stage at 12:00pm
Top 5 will tell their story and show their dog in front of 3 celebrity judges who will determine the winner!
Winner
Winner will be crowned Ms. or Mr. Poocharella 2023 and receives a $500 Petco gift card!
Winner will receive free merchandise from ToG online shop as part of their modeling gig.
Mr./Mrs. Poocharella will also lead the adoptable pet parade immediately following the contest.
Winner should be willing to attend Poocharella 2024 to hand off the title.
Runner-Up
A runner up will be selected in case the winner cannot fulfill their duties throughout the year.
Runner Up receives a gift basket of goodies valued at $200.
