BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service on Sunday calls for showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 pm. Skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 89. South southwest winds will be 5 to 10 mph. The chance of precipitation is 60%, with new rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Sunday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 8 pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 8 pm and 11 pm, then a slight chance of showers after 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west southwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Monday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 78. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north in the afternoon.
Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. North northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 78. Northeast wind around 10 mph.
Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62. East wind 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 81. East wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. East southeast wind around 10 mph.
