National Weather Service Confirms Tornado Touched Down in Micco, Damaging More Than 30 Homes

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service confirmed that a EF-0 tornado touched down in southern Brevard County near Micco on Sunday, resulting in more than 30 damaged homes.

The tornado reportedly carried between 60 to 70 mph winds to the Micco area.

Local residents reported intense winds and some damaged roofs as a result.

No injuries have been reported.
