Studios at Cocoa Beach to Host Beginner Acrylic Painting Class June 13

Learn different types of canvas, techniques, paint suggestions and additives

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Studios at Cocoa Beach host a beginner acrylic painting class on June 13 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Studios is located at 159 Minutemen Causeway in Cocoa Beach.

Located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach the Studios at Cocoa Beach is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is nearby free on-street parking, metered parking lots, and the city parking garage.

This class is for beginners or those wishing to refresh their skills.

Learn different types of canvas; various techniques, including washes, brush and paint suggestions, and additives. You will have fun trying these acrylic experiences while not worrying we will “ruin” a painting.

You will be ready, after class, to paint a picture in acrylic and understand what you need.

Since the Fall of 2016, the Studios has added its energy to Cocoa Beach’s thriving dining, shopping, and walking Downtown Main Street.

The Studios hosts a diverse group of over 30 juried local and regional artists whose varied mediums offer something for every art lover. We offer exhibitions, art classes for all ages and abilities, guest artists, opening receptions, and special events…shop, create, learn, and play with them.

A non-profit 501(c)3 art cooperative run by a staff of dedicated volunteers, the Studios appreciates the amazing support our artists and our community have given us.
