Four Eastern Florida State College Men’s Golf Players Commit to Four-Year Schools Next Fall

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Four members of the Eastern Florida State College men’s golf team have committed to four-year schools and will continue playing in the Fall.

Three sophomores have all signed with NCAA Division II schools, two staying in the state and joining the Sunshine State Conference.

Murphy Allard will be attending St. Leo University, finished second in the Sunshine State Conference Tournament and went on to the NCAA Division II Regional Championships, placing 15th overall.

Robert Greninger will also be staying close to home as he has decided to continue his education and play golf at Rollins College. The Orlando native will join the Tars, who finished seventh in the Sunshine State Conference Tournament in April.

Noah Campbell will go to Texas A&M International in the Fall and play for the Dustdevils, who placed fourth at the NCAA Division II West/South Central Regionals and went to the NCAA Division II Men’s Golf Championship, finishing in third place overall.

Brandon Boncore will also be heading out of the state to continue his career as he will go play for Dalton State who finished 10th at the NAIA National Championships last month. Boncore played three seasons with the Titans and played in three national tournaments.

Pontus Torgner graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and will stay on staff as an assistant golf coach next season.
