BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Fire Rescue crews from Stations 2, 3, 5 and 6 responded to a residential structure fire on Garvey Road Southwest on Tuesday night.

According to officials, around 10:30 p.m. units reported heavy smoke and fire upon arrival.

According to Palm Bay Fire Rescue officials, one person was inside the home when the fire started, and was treated and released for minor injuries.

“The fire is under investigation,” said Palm Bay Fire Rescue spokesperson.
