Space Coast Odyssey of the Mind Teams Compete in Odyssey of the Mind World Finals in Michigan

Manatee Elementary School ranked 12 out of 68 teams in Division 1
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Space Coast Odyssey of the Mind teams competed at the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals in Michigan.
“Congratulations to the Space Coast Odyssey of the Mind teams who competed at the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals. The World Finals Tournament was held at Michigan State University from May 24-27,” said a Brevard Public Schools spokesperson.
Five teams from the Space Coast region showcased their creativity and problem-solving skills.
For many of the team members and coaches, this was their first time participating in Odyssey of the Mind.
In Problem 1 (Vehicle), Pirates and the Treasure, Manatee Elementary School ranked 12th out of a field of 68 teams in Division 1.
In Problem 2 (Technical), Because iCan, Cape View Elementary School placed 26th out of 46 teams in Division 1 while Edgewood Jr./Sr. High School finished 18th out of 30 teams in Division 3.
In Problem 5 (Performance), The Most Dramatic Problem Ever!!!, Riviera Elementary School finished 16th out of 64 teams in Division 1.
