Central Brevard Soccer of Merritt Island Agrees on Expansion Agreement with Orlando City Soccer

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Central Brevard Soccer and Orlando City Soccer School-Seminole have reached a mutual agreement to expand player pathway opportunities in the most competitive leagues across Florida, regionally, and nationally.

While striving to achieve the highest level of player development, the partnership allows competitive players to have expanded opportunities by allowing year-round participation with both soccer clubs.

The clubs will work together closely to ensure each player has a pathway to success. The partnership will also optimize a player’s chances to continue their soccer career through high school, college, and beyond.

High-level competition levels include participation in EDP’s Florida Competitive League, Florida Youth Soccer Association’s Presidents Cup, Florida State Premier League, and Sunshine Conference, NAL along with US Club Soccer’s ECNL-RL, ECNL, and MLS Next.

OCSS-Seminole (founded in 1981) and CBS (founded in 1982) are both well-known, respected soccer clubs within their local communities, each recognizing the added player opportunities created by the partnership’s formation while keeping their unique club identity and branding.

Player identification to take part in the partnership program will be coordinated through the clubs’ competitive directors. ,
