Melbourne Police Seeks Help to Identify Suspect Wanted for Stealing Equipment From Driveway

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police are seeking the identify the suspect captured in the surveillance image above who is wanted for burglary that occurred on June 15 along the Sarno Road corridor near Jimmy Moore Park.

“We are asking for assistance identifying the pictured subject who stole a Stihl gas-powered pole saw from the bed of a truck in the victim’s driveway,” said a Melbourne Police spokesperson.

The police reports says the theft occurred on June 15 during the afternoon hours in the neighborhood.

According to officials, the suspect is described as a white male with brown hair, wearing a white t-shirt and denim shorts. He was riding a bicycle.
