Florida Tech Men’s Soccer Team Ranked No. 11 in United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech men’s soccer team checked in at No. 11 when the United Soccer Coaches released their Top 25 preseason poll.
Head coach Robin Chan is heading into his 18th season at Florida Tech and holds a 134-111-32 overall record and a .542-win percentage. Chan and his staff were named the United Soccer Coach’s Division II South Region Coaching Staff of the Year and the SSC Staff of the Year in 2022.
Tech is coming off a historic season for the Panthers as they recorded a 10-1-7 record and captured the program’s first-ever SSC Tournament Championship.
Florida Tech was ranked nationally all nine weeks of the regular season and accomplished the program’s first undefeated regular season since 1993. The Panthers were the No. 1 seed heading into the NCAA Tournament and advanced to the Sweet 16 for the 10th time in program history.
The Panthers open their season on August 31st when they play Lander University in Wingate, North Carolina.
