Brevard County officials are advising motorists that the Mathers Bridge, located in Merritt Island, will experience intermittent lane closures beginning Monday, August 21, through Friday, August 25.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County officials are advising motorists that the Mathers Bridge, located in Merritt Island, will experience intermittent lane closures beginning Monday, August 21, through Friday, August 25.

The hours of operation will be between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Traffic control signs will be installed, and flagmen will be onsite to assist the motoring public.

Officials advise for people to please keep in mind that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances could affect construction schedules.
