■ 4 Florida Beef and Vegetable Meatballs
■ 4 cups Florida salad greens
■ 1 cup Florida sweet peppers, seeds removed and sliced
■ 1 cup Florida cucumber, sliced
■ 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
■ 1/3 cup Italian vinaigrette (your favorite)
Warm Florida Vegetable and Beef Meatballs in a 300-degree oven until warm throughout.
In four bowls, arrange the greens, sweet peppers, and cucumbers in a layered fashion.
