Phil was a long-time resident of Hyde Park, New York before relocating to Florida in 1980 where he became the owner of the Laun-Dri Room in Indialantic Florida (1980-1994).
Phil and Pat were known by many of their customers as friends, some of which are still friends today. Phil has lived at his home on Lake Shepard, Satellite Beach for over 40 years and is one of the last of the old timers that made this neighborhood a wonderful place to live.
Phil leaves behind his children Eugene Clarke (Traci), Tim Clarke (Nur); Patty Barnett (Gordon), six grandchildren and brother Peter of Syracuse, NY. He was pre-deceased by his wife Patricia D Clarke and son Philip (P.J.) Clarke IV.
It cannot go without mentioning the loyalty and devotion of his neighbor and friend Tim Perry who has been by like a son since becoming close friends in 2014. His support during this challenging time has been remarkable and a true testament to his love for Dad.
