Game 7 the NBA Finals set June 22 at 8 EST

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Obi Toppin spent a couple of years as a teenager in Brevard County, including his first two years of high school.
As a Freshman, Toppin attended Heritage High School, and as a Sophomore, he attended Melbourne Central Catholic before returning to his home state of New York to complete his high school career.
Toppin is in his fifth NBA season and is entering his most important game as a professional basketball player.
It is every basketball player’s dream to make the NBA and become a champion.
Toppin, in his second season with the Indiana Pacers, has a chance to become an NBA champion Sunday night as the Pacers head to Oklahoma City for the winner-takes-all Game 7 of the Finals.
Coming off the bench for the Indiana Pacers, Toppin has been the spark the team has needed throughout the playoffs. On the biggest stage in the Finals, Toppin has been impressive, scoring 17 in games one and four and 20 in game six, which led the team.

He is the first player since Manu Ginobili in 2007 to come off the bench and have at least 20 points, five rebounds, and two steals in an NBA Finals game. Toppin averaged 10.5 points per game during the regular season and is averaging 12.8 points per game during the Finals.
This is the Indiana Pacers’ second NBA Finals appearance in franchise history; the first was in 2000, when they lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in six games.
They have a chance Sunday, June 22, to claim their first NBA title while the Oklahoma City Thunder are in their first NBA Finals since 2012. Oklahoma City was initially located in Seattle, as the team was known as the Seattle SuperSonics, until 2008, when they relocated to Oklahoma.
Watch Toppin and the Pacers in Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Sunday, June 22, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
