BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Want to know what it’s really like to live where people vacation?
Here’s your Cocoa Beach weekend surf and weather report — straight from the sand!
I’m Nikki McCoy Freeman with McCoy Freeman Compass, and I’m here to give you a quick look at what to expect this Friday through Sunday on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast.
Friday
Friday’s looking fantastic! Expect highs in the upper 80s with a light southeast breeze. The surf will be in the 1 to 2 foot range — perfect for a relaxing paddle, longboard cruise, or just soaking up the sun on a beach walk.
Saturday
Saturday is shaping up to be the best beach day of the weekend. Sunny skies, mid-80s, and calm conditions make it ideal for beachgoers. We may see a slight bump in the swell later in the day — great news if you’re hoping to catch a few waves.
Sunday
Sunday brings a mix of sun and clouds with a chance of a quick afternoon thunderstorm — classic Florida. Surf stays small at 1 to 2 feet, ideal for beginners or just floating and enjoying the views of cruise ships and maybe even a rocket launch!
Whether you’re a surfer, a sunseeker, or just love our local beach lifestyle, it’s another beautiful weekend here in Cocoa Beach.
See you on the sand!
