Brevard County Fire Rescue Station 86 remains fully operational despite ongoing building renovations. Located at 301 Barefoot Bay Boulevard, Station 86 is currently undergoing renovations to enhance and upgrade facilities for its fire rescue personnel and the community.(BCFR image)

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue Station 86 remains fully operational despite ongoing building renovations.

Located at 301 Barefoot Bay Boulevard, Station 86 is currently undergoing renovations to enhance and upgrade facilities for its fire rescue personnel and the community.

Temporary housing has been set up on-site to accommodate the staff during this period.

Importantly, all vehicles and emergency response services from Station 86 will continue without interruption or delay throughout the renovation process.

Brevard County Fire Rescue is an all hazards fire department which means they do more than respond to fire and medical emergencies.

Brevard County Fire Rescue Services include but are not limited to:

■ Technical Rescue

■ Advanced Life Support transport for all of Brevard

■ Hazardous Materials mitigation

■ Ocean Rescue

■ Marine Rescue

■ Community Risk Reduction (Fire Prevention)
