For more than a decade, Space Coast Golf magazine founder, editor and publisher Bobby Walker has brought the game of golf to hundreds of thousands through his contributions as writer and promoter of the game of golf on the Space Coast.

From his many years spent reporting, writing and publishing  the influential and interesting golf periodical, Space Coast Golf Magazine,  to organizing, promoting and directing some of the county’s best golf tournaments, events  and organizations, Walker has ensured his place in sports and golf history in Brevard County.

In 2011, when he retired from the golf club management business and turned his full time attention to the publication, the results were spectacular as the magazine began to gain respect and notoriety.  The everything golf in Brevard publication gained popularity as it quickly disappeared from the newsstands and requests for subscriptions poured in.

Space Coast Golf magazine’s popularity attracted the interest of other publishers and promoters in the region.  Walker’s desire to expand coverage and grow the business would involve taking on professional expertise, and Walker has partnered with Maverick Multimedia and Brevard Productions to provide his clients, and well as his readers, the most comprehensive products and events in the marketplace today.

“It only makes sense, that with today’s social media frenzy, that with a niche print project such as Space Coast Golf Magazine, it was time to release it to the masses,” said Walker.
