Arthur Peter Vouthouris, 88, passed away on August 17, 2020, in Palm Bay, Florida. The high point of Arthur’s distinguished public service career was flying his prized Cardinal 170 to deliver food relief during disasters. He also gave generously to charities, supporting our military, Boys Club, Boy Scouts of America and his Church, St Frances Xavier Cabrini, where he was an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
