OBITUARY: Engineer and Author Halim Ozkaptan Passes Away Sept. 2 in Arnold, Maryland at Age 92
Halim Ozkaptan, a husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a great man passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 9, 2022, at the age of 92 in Arnold, Maryland. Halim earned his Ph.D. in Psychology, and much of his career focused on human factors engineering and the development of aircraft cockpits and simulators for the military.
