Brevard County Fire Rescue personnel responded to a water emergency Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. BCFR reported that units Twr 48, S48, R48 and D45 responded to the near drowning of a 4-year-old child on Ballington Drive in Viera. The Health First First Flight helicopter evacuated the victim to Arnold Palmer Hospital after being stabilized by BCFR. The condition of the victim was not released. […]
