Melbourne Police Arrest Justin Bye For Theft of Paddleboards With Help From Indialantic Business
As a result of local interagency cooperation, assistance from the victims and local businesses, Justin D. Bye, 27, of 6152 Isla Street in Melbourne is in custody after being suspected of stealing two standup paddleboards from a vehicle.
