Florida Highway Patrol Troopers were on the scene of a fatal pedestrian incident at U.S. Hwy. 1 and Pam Lem Street in Sharpes early Saturday morning at 12:30 a.m. According to Florida Highway Patrol Public Affairs Officer Lt.
