Brevard Tourism Development Tax Collections for December Up More Than 12 Percent to $1.26 million

The Tourist Development Tax collection for December is in and the numbers continue to be strong. The collection for the month was $1.26 million on a budget of $1.16 million or 8.9 percent over budget, which was also a 12.7% increase over the $1.12 million that was collected the previous December. “We had a very strong fall season following a tough September due to Hurricane Dorian,” said Peter Cranis, Executive Director of the Space Coast Office of Tourism.  […]
