Frances Dowis Smith, 92, Her Beauty Will Be Missed

OBITUARY
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Frances Dowis Smith, 92, of Melbourne, passed away on June 5, 2012.
She was born on February 21, 1920 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to William and Pattie Dowis.
She is survived by her son Douglas P Smith of Apopka, Florida; sisters Agnes McElrath of Spartanburg, South Carolina; Martha Bray of Williamsburg, Virginia and Sara Prince of Spartanburg, Virginia; and brothers W.S Dowis, Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina and JR Dowis of Waleska, Georgia.
A memorial service will be held on June 9th at 10:00 a.m. at Beach Funeral Home, West Chapel, 4999 N. Wickham Rd, Melbourne, Florida 32940
