Multiple Children May Be Victims Of Titusville Sex Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The sexual battery of a child has resulted the arrest of a Titusville man and launched an investigation that could lead to multiple sex abuse charges against him.
Titusville Police Department Det. Jessica Edens said investigators were notified of the crime on Sept. 21 and Leon Booker III was arrested for the sexual battery of a child under the age of 12 on Sept. 24.
“The investigation also revealed multiple other victims of sexual abuse by Booker over the last 15 years throughout North Brevard,” Edens said.
Booker, 48, of 1350 S. Delon Avenue in Titusville, was been identified by numerous known victims and witnesses.
Edens said Thursday the investigation into Booker’s activities has revealed that there may be other victims who have not yet been identified.
