Dr. Brendan Prendergast Joins Space Coast Cancer Center Team

ABOVE VIDEO: Dr. Brendan Prendergast will join Dr. Cynthia Bryant in the Radiation Oncology Department at Space Coast Cancer Center.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Radiation Oncologist Dr. Brendan Prendergast will join the team at Space Coast Cancer Center on July 29.
Dr. Prendergast will work with Dr. Cynthia Bryant in the Radiation Oncology Department at Space Coast Cancer Center and looks forward to meeting the medical and patient community in Brevard County.
He is accepting new patients at both the Viera Cancer Center and Titusville Cancer Center.
Dr. Prendergast is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. He then graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2008, where he was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
He completed his internship at Presbyterian- St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver Colorado in 2009, followed by a Clinical and Translational Science Program at the University of Alabama, at Birmingham (UAB) in 2011. Dr. Prendergast completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at UAB in July 2013.
Currently, Dr. Prendergast is a member of the Radiologic Society in North America (RSNA), American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO), where he has been appointed to the Resident Committee from 2011- 2013.
