Police detectives suspect the 39-year old of prostituting her 15-year-old daughter to fans in town for the Super Bowl festivities.

According to the New York Daily News, detectives arrested Ostoloza at the Double Tree Metropolitan on Lexington Avenue, and she is being held on $2,000 bond. Her daughter was turned over to the Administration for Children’s Services.

The Daily News said that court records showed Ostoloza owed back rent to the management of the Malabar Cove Apartments in Palm Bay, and had been living in Brevard County before being evicted in December.

According to the court report, Ostoloza got $850 in assistance in March 2013 from the Brevard County Housing Authority.

Ostoloza was charged with promoting prostitution and endangering the welfare of a child and is in jail in New York.
