ABOVE VIDEO: Minutes after the primary election results became official on August 26, Jack Smink, an Independent candidate for Brevard County Commission District 2, comments on his upcoming campaign that will culminate with the November general election.
Smink will face Republican primary winner Jim Barfield in the general election on Nov. 4 to determine the winner of the Brevard County Commission District 2 seat.
