Show Features Cruise-On-In Car Show Saturday; Special Appearance by Queen Elsa Sunday

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – The 7th Annual Rockledge Arts and Crafts Show will span two full days on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 24 and 25. The event will take place between Cedar Street and Elm Street on Barton Boulevard in Rockledge, and is sponsored by the Rockledge Community Redevelopment Agency.

The show will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 25. Spectator admission is free.

On Saturday, Jan. 24, the show will be held in conjunction with the City’s Cruise-On-In car show at 1 p.m., when more than 100 classic and muscle cars will line the eastbound lanes of Barton Boulevard.

In addition to the car show, Saturday will also feature musical entertainment from DJ Fast Eddy (Eddy Dyer), and a variety of food items will be available from local merchants.

Courtesy of PNC Bank, Sunday, Jan. 25, will feature a special appearance by Queen Elsa between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., face painting from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., as well as activities presented by Brevard Zoo.

Two food trucks, Shaw’s BBQ and Joey’s Chicago Style Food, will be selling a wide array of concessions.

“The City anticipates nearly 70 local and out-of-state vendors, who will offer unique art, distinctive crafts, handmade jewelry, and a host of other items for sale,” said Lisa Nicholas of the City of Rockledge.

“Entry standards for the show are stringent, so attendees and consumers can expect one-of-a-kind, high-quality merchandise. For shoppers’ convenience, two ATM machines will be available onsite.”

NOTE: Rockledge visitors and residents should be aware that Barton Boulevard will be closed between Cedar Street and Elm Street from 5 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, to approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 25.
