Sheriff’s Office Investigating Death In Merritt Island

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – The Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit is in the process of investigating a death reported at a residence on Floral Lane in Merritt Island last night at about 9 p.m. (See map below)

According to BCSO, agents are completing evidence collection and interviews to assist in determining the circumstances surrounding the death.

The identity of the victim is not currently being released and an autopsy should be completed later today.
