BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Under a five year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Lockheed Martin, Craig Technologies will support fabrication of Ground Processing Equipment (GPE), and provide procurement, machining, and services for the Orion space vehicle project.
The Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle is NASA’s first spacecraft designed for long-duration, human-rated deep space exploration.
Orion will transport humans to interplanetary destinations beyond low Earth orbit, such as asteroids, the moon and eventually Mars, and return them safely back to Earth.
Craig Technologies is one of Lockheed Martin’s small business partners in the expansive United States supply chain network.
