BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – This week the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office held a Swear In ceremony where we welcomed 23 new employees, 5 employees received new assignments, 5 employees were promoted and four employees were recognized for 20 years of service.

Our Swear-In Ceremonies are always humbling as we see all of the love and support by the family members and friends who come and watch them as they start their new careers or achieve new goals in the profession of Law Enforcement.

I would like to congratulate everyone who was honored this week and also thank everyone who came to show their support for their family members and friends.

– Sheriff Wayne Ivey
