Fatal Crash In Brevard County Leaves One Man Dead, Florida Highway Patrol Investigating

Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are in route to a fatal hit and run crash at Courtenay Parkway and Alma Boulevard on Merritt Island.
Rescue crews responded to a crash along U.S. 1 and Snug Harbor Way after a SUV collided with a parked pickup truck Monday morning at around 9:20 a.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • MICCO,FLORIDA – Rescue crews responded to a crash along U.S. 1 and Snug Harbor Way after a SUV collided with a parked pickup truck Monday morning at around 9:20 a.m.  

When crews arrived, they transported the male driver to Sebastian Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.

No other injuries are being reported.

Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.

FHP has not released the victim’s name yet.
