BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (WOFL FOX 35) – On Tuesday Brevard County leaders will ask Governor Rick Scott for help dealing with a massive fish kill in the Indian River Lagoon with commissioners pushing for him to declare a state of emergency.
This comes following a rally Saturday where demonstrators asked leaders to do something about the dying fish.
