Homewood Suites By Hilton Opens 153-Unit Property In Cocoa Beach

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA — A 153-unit Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral – Cocoa Beach property recently opened in Cocoa Beach.
The hotel is the brand’s first property in the city.
Developed and owned by Sunbelt Hospitality, the hotel complements the city’s tourism culture with local attractions and a bustling cruise port, according to the company.
The new hotel provides a combination of studio and one-bedroom accommodations, featuring fully equipped kitchens, and separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities include complimentary daily hot breakfast, an evening social, WiFi and grocery shopping service.
Recreational facilities include an outdoor pool and fitness center.

“Cocoa Beach has consistently drawn tourists, with both the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal in the area,” said Adrian Kurre, global head of Homewood Suites.
“Opening a Homewood Suites property in this location is key to meeting tourism demands and offering visitors a trusted, value-driven option for short-term or extended stays.”
Located at 9000 Astronaut Boulevard, the hotel is near local attractions such as the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral shops and restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier.
