BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The second annual Dancing For the Space Coast, a unique competition and fundraising event that benefits three worthy organizations on the Space Coast, will be held at Florida Tech’s Clemente Center on Saturday, June 4.
This year, Dancing For the Space Coast will benefit the Brevard Public Safety Charity, who has earmarked the proceeds to be distributed to the Foosner Art Museum, Sally’s House and AMI Kids.
Among those participating this year is Jim Frazier, President of the Grimaldi Candy Company. He has responsibility for all plant operations, sales, research and development, marketing and corporate resources.
Frazier was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, and educated at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining Grimaldi, he worked as SRVP for Evans Food Group Inc., and GKI Foods Inc.

Notable is his 10 years as COO for GKI Foods Inc., a chocolate manufacturing company where he directed a work force of 60. Under his leadership, GKI Foods Inc. grew from a $10 million to more than $30 million company, and became the industry leader in private label chocolate manufacturing.
In his current role, Frazier leads a team of 25 staff members to drive sales, accomplish manufacturing excellence, develop new products, engage the marketplace, redefine corporate transparency, focus on employee development, meet demanding targets, develop strategic alliances, establish standard setting initiatives, create a stable business environment and manage community relations.
Frazier is a board member of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Brevard Humane Society.
He lives in Merritt Island with his wife Trisha, and when not working, likes to play golf and enjoy a new book.
