Titusville Police Arrest Stolen Vehicle Suspect After Car Chase, Seek Two At-Large Suspects

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville police have arrested one suspect and are seeking two more suspects after police identified a stolen vehicle Wednesday night that involved a black Nissan Altima on April 30, according to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.

Authorities identified the vehicle at the Murphy Gas station located at 3350 Columbia Blvd in the Wal-Mart parking lot Wednesday evening.

“During the arrest, the stolen Nissan Altima fled the scene then crashed into a Titusville Police Cruiser and grazed the bumper of a Black Chevy 4 door sedan in the parking lot,” said Matthews.

The stolen vehicle continued to flee the scene at a high rate of speed, exited the Wal-Mart parking lot and subsequently crashed into a wooded area on the south side of Cheney Highway and S.R. 405.

One suspect was arrested and the other 2 suspects remain at large.

There were no reported injuries.

This is still an ongoing investigation.
