“I always dreamed of owning my own business” said Grace Han, who moved to Brevard County in 2000.
“Providing gourmet quality food and service and building great relationships with our customers means everything to me,” she said.
Red Ginger combines fresh house made ingredients of fine quality Chinese cuisine with elegant service and exceptional wine paring and cocktails from the full service bar, to offer a upscale and sincerely welcoming experience.
RED GINGER CUSTOMERS COME FIRST
Han moved from China Chengdu to the United States in 1995 with no English skills.
“I spent two years learning how to survive in this country. While working at a hotel, I realized I wanted to become a business owner,” she said.
Han and her husband Jimmy opened their first Red Ginger restaurant on Wickham Road to great success. After an expansion and continued growth, they opened a second location in 2013 at Melbourne Square Mall to great reviews.
Red Ginger has been recognized for outstanding Chinese cuisine, fresh sushi and excellent service.
CHINESE NEW YEAR SPECIAL MENU
The restaurant will celebrate the Chinese New Year with special menu items, including Lobster in ginger scallion sauce and sweet sticky rice dessert items.
The Melbourne landmark is known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes, crafted from the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
“Red Ginger has been recognized as “Best of Brevard” in the Asian, Chinese and Sushi categories,”said Han.
“In 2015, we won “Martini of the Year” for the Space Coast with our Fresh Ginger-tini.”
Grace and her husband Jimmy are hands-on owners and they have a laser focus on hiring.
“We believe that hiring amazing people creates a great work environment and contributes to Red Ginger’s success,” said Han.
