BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Viera Company welcomed the new Fairfield Inn & Suites Viera Town Center Hotel Wednesday morning during a groundbreaking ceremony.
The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel will be located directly across from The Avenue Viera on the future site of the Viera Town Center.
The 116 room and suite, modern style hotel will offer a wide range of amenities and large studio-style suites with separate sitting and living areas.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites will be catering to a variety of Viera’s visitors by offering both short and long-term rentals, affording guests a relaxing and refreshing home away from home.

The hotel will offer complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center, 40 person meeting room, an outdoor patio with a stunning fire feature, a large pool and deck area and many more amenities befitting of a modern hotel.
