Florida Tech Athletics Launches Panther Student Rewards Program

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Florida Tech Athletics has joined forces with nationally acclaimed SuperFan U, the leading fan loyalty and engagement company, to launch Panther Student Rewards.

The Panther Student Rewards program is a new mobile app that will reward students with points and special giveaways for attending sporting events and showing their Panther Pride.

SuperFan U designs and provides a high tech, free “app” that students download through their Apple or Android app stores for their phones. Students will then be connected to all things Florida Tech Athletics and other events, sponsors and supporters throughout the school year.

Students will receive “points” at various values when they utilize the technology in their phones to “check in” at Panther games. At the end of each month, the student(s) who has attended the most events and accumulated the most points will be recognized as the Panther Fan of the Month and receive prizes.

At the end of each sport season, the student who has earned the most points for a particular sport will be named that sport’s Fan of the Year (i.e. Women’s Soccer’s Fan of the Year) and will win a grand prize!

Students will also have the opportunity to receive prizes just by attending particular events. Once checked in, students will be automatically entered into a raffle to win any giveaways or special offers that will be distributed at the events.

The app also allows Florida Tech Athletics to keep students informed about special promotions at games (i.e. First 50 students receive customized Florida Tech drawstring bag), through push notifications.

In addition to the reward system, the app provides easy access to the athletic program’s social media pages.

Directions to Access the Panther Student Rewards App:

• Download the “SuperFan – Loyalty Rewards” app in the Apple Store and through Google Play
• Open SuperFan app and search for “Panther Student Rewards”
• After selecting Panther Student Rewards, students register for the program using their “my.fit.edu” email account
• Students will then edit their profile with their demographic info and then have access to all of the great features of the mobile app.
