BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Recent U.S. Census data shows the Brevard County population nearing 600,000.
As of July 1, 2017, Brevard had 589,162 residents – up from 543,378 recorded by the 2010 U.S. Census.
The Brevard population is 51 percent female, 83 percent white, 28 percent college educated and has a median household income of about $50,000. The mean travel time to work is 24.4 minutes.
