Cocoa Beach Police Arrest Robert Israel Riosman, Charged with Sex Offenses Involving Pair of Children

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Police in Cocoa Beach have charged a 51-year-old man him in relation to lewd or lascivious offenses and sexual battery on two children, they say.
Robert Israel Rios, 51, was taken into custody on Thursday morning.
He faces two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a person under 12 and lewd or lascivious molestation on a person under 16 along with one count of sexual battery under 12.
Cocoa Beach police say they were informed of the allegations last month. They say that an investigation showed that the suspect had been victimizing the young daughters of an acquaintance over roughly five years or so.
The suspect is currently being held without bond.
