Palm Bay Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Man For Possession of Child Pornography

Zubek charged with three counts of child pornography
BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police announced on Thursday that they have arrested 23-year-old Tristen Zubek for possession of child pornography.
Police say the investigation began after a tip from Internet Crime Against Children Task Force gave investigators enough probable cause for an arrest.
Zubek, a Palm Bay resident, was subsequently taken into custody and charged with three counts of child pornography.
Investigators discovered Zubek was downloading and possessing child pornography during their scope of the investigation..
The case is still an ongoing investigation and anyone with information related to this case are asked to contact the Palm Bay Police Department Special Victim’s Unit at 321-952-3456.
