BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay City Council will conduct a regular meeting on Thursday, July 15, and will consider a proposal to supersede the city ordinance that requires “vacancies shall be filled via a Special Election to be held between 90 and 180 days following the date of the vacancy occurring.”
Palm Bay Councilman Jeff Bailey announced his resignation on June 30, and whoever is elected, or appointed, will serve the remainder of Bailey’s Seat 5 term.
