BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The West Melbourne Police Department debunked the theory that many believe their “ain’t no laws when you’re drinking Claws,” regarding the popular hard seltzer White Claw.

The West Melbourne Police Department stated the truth regarding the “ain’t no laws when you’re drinking Claws” theory via Facebook.

On the post, the West Melbourne Police Department stated all citizens “can’t drink the ‘Claw’ under age, can’t drink the ‘Claw’ and drive, can’t drink the ‘Claw’ in front of an open business, and can’t buy the ‘Claw’ for people under age.”

‘White Claw’ is an alcoholic seltzer water beverage that garnered popularity throughout the entire nation in 2019.

In 2019, ‘White Claw’ was the number one seltzer in the United States with sales of about $1.5 billion.

The West Melbourne Police Department reminded all citizens that it is hot outside, drink water instead.
