Melbourne police detectives are seeking public assistance to identify a suspect that smashed in a window to gain access into a restaurant in the 400 block of North Wickham Road. Once inside, police said the suspect stole items from the business. (MPD image)

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police detectives are seeking public assistance to identify a suspect that smashed in a window to gain access into a restaurant in the 400 block of North Wickham Road.

Once inside, police said the suspect stole items from the business.

According to Melbourne police officials, this incident occurred on Oct. 11 around 4:30 a.m.
