BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Lissette Más has been named the 2022 Employee of the Year for Indian River Colony Club, the Viera 55+ golf community for military veterans.

An employee since 2016, Más was recognized on December 7 during the community’s annual membership meeting and presented with a $250 monetary award.

Más helms the reception desk at Indian River Colony Club, with duties that include greeting and assisting members and guests, routing incoming telephone calls, and numerous administrative tasks.

Chief Financial Officer, Julie Roberts, discussed the award for Más.

“Lissette has taken complete ownership of her job in the Administrative Department,” said Roberts.

She is always the biggest fan of IRCC and consistently displays a ‘can do’ attitude. Her outstanding work and positive outlook led to her selection as the Employee of the Year.”

All 120 full-time employees of Indian River Colony Club are eligible for the annual award. Department managers each nominate an exceptional member of their team and then cast votes for the most exemplary employee.
