TRAFFIC ALERT: Brightline Outlines Upcoming Road Closures, Work Zone Areas

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brightline announces lane closures, work zone, railroad crossing and bridge work information for the Orlando extension project from Orlando to West Palm Beach, station construction in Aventura and Boca Raton and additional construction work along the corridor from West Palm Beach to Miami.
Motorists and watercraft should proceed with extra caution through work zones and adhere to posted detour signs, speed limits and other signage.
– Industry Rd. entrance ramp to Eastbound Beachline Expressway/SR 528
– Night-time ramp closure to pave mainline SR 528.
• 10 p.m., to 5 a.m., Monday, January 23 through Tuesday, January 24
• 10 p.m., to 5 a.m., Tuesday, January 24 through Wednesday, January 25 (back-up date)
Detour information:
• Industry Rd. traffic wishing to access eastbound Beachline Expressway/SR 528 will be directed to travel south on SR-524/Clearlake Rd. to Michigan Ave., travel east on Michigan Ave. to US-1 and travel north on US-1 to access eastbound Beachline Expressway/SR 528.
Westbound Beachline Expressway/SR 528 exit ramp to Industry Rd.
Night-time ramp closure to pave mainline Beachline Expressway/SR 528.

• 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Wednesday, January 25 to Thursday, January 26 and
• 10 p.m., to 5 a.m., Monday, January 30 to Tuesday, January 31
Detour information:
• Westbound Beachline Expressway/SR 528 traffic wishing to exit at Industry Rd. will be directed to exit early at US-1 (Exit 46), travel north on US-1 to Cidco Rd. and travel west on Cidco Rd. to access Industry Rd.
